In this introductory online training you will learn basic elements of kalarippayattu (both Northern and Southern styles) which can be performed in a small space. They have been adapted from a training usually done in a big room, but they maintain the most important principles of the kalari movement, as well as a respectful approach to practice. The training is a process that involves body and mind, therefore exercises and their sequences are carefully selected to create a complete experience. For the training, you do not need any equipment.
