This video will show you how to build a frame from scratch with affordable items, attach them, and apply the feathers to create a large wing set! This video is in collaboration with www.FeatherPlace.com They provided the feathers used for these RocketMan wings Approximate Numbers of Feathers used in this build: (Includes both front and back) Turkey Quills Left: ~90 Turkey Quills Right: ~90 Rooster Coque Tails Feathers Black Iridescent 15-18: ~220 (I cut a lot down so you could mix this up with the smaller lengths as well) Rooster Coque Tail Feathers Dyed Over Chinchilla Red 15-18": ~200 (Can be mixed with the 7-10" feathers as well instead of all long) Rooster Coque Tails Bleach Dyed Red: ~100 I have wanted to create a DIY wing build for you guys for a long time now and I am so happy to be able to finally bring you one!
