Well, that was terrifying. Piazzetta Piz Boe in the Italian Dolomities is consistently rated as an extremely difficult via ferrata. That's accurate - mostly because the majority of the hike is just a vertical climb up slick rock face, with few holds and insane amounts of exposure. But you know we love a good challenge! This was one of our favorite hikes in the Dolomites, and definitely one we will never forget! DISCLAIMER: We do not recommend attempting this via ferrata without plenty of experience and proper gear.
