Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Good Ending (Royal Deadfire Company Faction)

One of the better endings when siding with the Royal Deadfire Company in the base game of Pillars of Eternity II. However, given the amount of questionable actions you and the RDC perform to take over Deadfire, it's perhaps more accurately titled the "greater good" ending. The RDC certainly forges a strong, peaceful Deadfire, if you ignore the corpses of the previous rulers and rivals. Fun fact: To get the Crookspur ending slide where the RDC takes them out (as opposed to taking them out myself and getting no ending slide), I had to ally with the slavers to complete the quest from Atsura and get the RDC final faction quest. Hearing Atsura's sputtering disbelief that my Kind Wayfarer paladin (who was otherwise acting to character) would help slavers all as a calculating plan for the greater good of the ending slides made this playthrough worth it. Two can play at that utilitarian chessmaster game, good sir.
