My own transcription and midi file are not available anymore since the official sheet released. ------------------------ OMG IT'S FINALLY HERE I'm happy that stars finally aligned the right way, and I managed to find BOTH some time and motivation to finish my transcription of Animenz's "Sincerely". This is probably my most prolific transcribing session - I started working at around 9 PM on Saturday, and finished at 6 PM on Sunday without sleeping - 21 hours! To be honest, I love when a project keeps me so engaged that I don't even notice how hours fly by. I'll elaborate a little bit the reasons for the delay, if you're interested. 1) My procrastination habits got out of control at the beginning of Summer, and besides my hobby projects they actually affected my dayjob. It took me until the beginning of October to sort everything out and get rid of all my "debts" - quite a challenge, considering that I had to keep up with my day-to-day work responsibilities, and then spend evenings and nights completing the tasks that I had to and could do way earlier. This completely destroyed my motivation to keep up with any of my personal projects. At some point I even thought about leaving anime piano community, quitting all discord servers and dropping piano - fortunately, I trained my rational side of brain not to let my emotions take control of my actions during those "low moments". In the end, everything turned out great - in fact, I got the "above expectations" grade for the recent financial year, which happend for the first time in my 6 years of working as an external auditor in a Big4 company! 2) Unfortunately, my passion for anime has almost died. However, I got back my passion for gaming - recently I built my first high-end gaming PC, and I have a huge backlog of games since 2010 that I skipped during my university time and first years at work, when I practiced piano a lot and didn't have time for video games. It's also very convenient that now I can actually afford everything I want, so I'm going to indulge into gaming for some time and cut down my piano practicing. It's unlikely that I will drop piano altogether, but I'm not going to force myself to record anything - I'll do it when I feel particularly passionate about learning a piece. 3) Also important thing - I have been officially transcribing Theishter's arrangements for his Patreon page since last year! Check it out - my boy Theishter has been on fire lately, the arrangements are really good:   / animepiano   - however, getting paid for transcribing lowers the motivation to do it "for fun", so I guess it's another reason a rarely upload free transcriptions on this channel. I won't promise anything regarding my future uploads. Most of the time I don't feel like transcribing, but occasionally the inspiration finds me, and then I'm able to throw a crazy working session like this one.
