I have been stuck into building my 2006 GU Patrol now for about 6 months. I had already built a customer tray for this ute a couple of years ago but it's time to build a brand new one out of tube & RHS. I want it to be steel, I want it to be strong, I want it to be weighted well & stable with only the bare essentials for tough tracks & touring. In this episode we fabricate a bed from scratch and bend up all of the tube necessary for the headboard, tailboard & tube guards.
