Plus with the level 10 luck perk Ricochet, you can have your enemies accidentally shoot themselves for you. What's more, with Fallout 4’s Idiot Savant perk, the lower your intelligence stat, the more likely you are to net bonus XP from this perk during your wasteland wanderings. Lesson the second: it’s said absolute power corrupts absolutely, and nowhere is this more evident than in the Commonwealth.
