Flatten ground beef on tortillas 2. Make burger sauce with the ingredients above. 3. Season flattened ground beef patties with Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub. 4. Place ground beef on the Traeger Flatrock meat side down. Cook for a few minutes and flip. 5. Once you flip, add cheese and let it melt. 6. Remove burgers from the grill. 7. Dress your burger tacos.
