What is Spirituality? This video will explain the essence of Spirituality. Basically, spirituality refers to how all humans try to make sense of and understand reality. Whether you consciously realize it or not, there is a deep yearning within you to connect with and align yourself with something "higher than yourself." You can call this God, the Universe, Source, or some other name. No matter what religion or school of thought you subscribe to, every human wonders about reality and tries to make sense of it. Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Astrology and New-Age Spirituality, Science, atheism, Philosophy, and numerous others are all expressions of man's spiritual nature. In this video I talk about how it is not wise to just subscribe to one or a few religions or ways of thinking. There is value everywhere, you just have to think Meta to obtain the value. I also cover the duality between science and spirituality that seems to exist in mainstream society and explain why that duality should not exist at all.
