I was specifically speaking about the aircraft itself. However, if you garrison infantry units in an APC and then have the Ox pick up that APC, then the units inside it will fire down on enemies below them. I wasn't sure if this was an intentional gameplay feature or if it's some kind of glitch; so I ended up leaving it out of the script.
