Make the Best Halloween Rocky Road & Witches’ Brew Iced Tea | Chow Down with Walmart ​

Halloween Rocky Road is the ultimate DIY candy bar. Turn all the candy in your house into a treat that’s impressive & delicious. Pair it with Witches’ Brew, a color-changing drink that is the perfect trick to go with this yummy & easy treat. Get ingredients for both recipes: https://walmrt.us/3acr1uJ Witches’ Brew Iced Tea ingredients: 2 Tbsp. dried butterfly pea flowers 2 cups boiling water Crushed ice 2 oz simple syrup Juice of 2-3 lemons Instructions: 1. In a liquid measuring cup, add dried butterfly pea flowers. Pour boiling water over the flowers, stir, & set aside to steep for 5-7 minutes or until the liquid is deep blue. 2. Using a slotted spoon, remove soaked flowers from the liquid & refrigerate to cool. 3. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. 4. Fill half the glass with cooled butterfly tea. 5. Add simple syrup. 6. Finish with lemon juice & stir. Halloween Rocky Road ingredients: (Makes 16 bars) Nonstick cooking spray 1 12 oz package semi sweet chocolate chips 1 stick butter, unsalted 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup roasted peanuts 1 cup mini marshmallows 2 Twix bars, each bar cut into 4 pieces Toppings: M&Ms Halloween sprinkles Candy eyeballs Gummy worms Candy corn Instructions: 1. Spray a 9x9” baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, then line with parchment paper. 2. Combine chocolate chips, butter & salt in a glass bowl & microwave in 30-second intervals, gently folding together until melted & combined. 3. Fold peanuts, marshmallows, & Twix pieces into melted chocolate. (Peanuts can be excluded if desired.) 4. Pour chocolate mixture into baking pan & spread in an even layer. 5. Top with M&M’s, Halloween sprinkles, candy corn, candy eyeballs, & gummy worms (or your choice of candy). 6. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 7. Cut into 16 bars (4x4) & serve.
