Booting OS/2 v1.1 with different amounts of working memory (16-Bit)

Please read description. OS/2 originally was an 16-Bit OS from the late 80s. Shown is the 16-Bit version, v1.1, with Presentation Manager. It shared some visual similarity with MS Windows 2.x. It did run on an AT compatible PC or IBM PS/2 with 80286 CPU and higher. The original IBM AT Model 5170 was released in 1984 (6 or 8 MHz, often w/ EGA graphics). Due to waitstates and slow RAM, it was slower than the subsequent XT/286 model and some AT compatibles. Machine is an emulated IBM AT Model 5170, 8 MHz 80286 (no FPU), VGA graphics with 16MiB, 640KiB and 2/3/4/6 MiB of RAM (total). OS/2 reserves about 640 KiB of Conventional Memory for the DOS Compatibility box. Edit: The maximum physical address range of the 80286 CPU was 16 MiB. However, the practical limit of early 286 chipsets for RAM was 4 MiB (4x 1 MiB SIMMs). The IBM AT didn't use a chipset yet, but discreet components. About 256 to 640KiB were on-board. Up to 16 MiB of memory could be placed directly on AT bus ("ISA") through memory boards. IBM offered such boards as add-on cards. Companies like AST, Quadram etc., too.
