This project was more for fun, but I wanted my Moto Comapcto to be a little faster and of course smoother riding. Of course with increased speed, we need more brakes. Rather than over powering the electronics, motor and battery etc , We took it back to the early days. Motor SWAP We took the scooter, replaced the motor, battery, speed controller and ran bigger wheels and tires. It rides smoother, has much longer range ( 25 miles) and easily cruses at 25mph without an issues. We of course had to do some top speed tests that we had some fun with.
