After 3 days of wandering around Antigua on our own we decided to take a walking food tour with a local guide. After showing us a local market with second hand goods from the US and imitation knockoffs and sampling a few market treats our guide decided to take us on a local chicken bus to a nearby small town where we tried Guatemalan Pizza, a crazy hotdog and some local beer while soaking in the authentic vibe.
