The video covers a good range of exercises both on land and on water with some theory to help you get started. I would always recommend checking out further videos on the channel as well others channels to get a solid theoretical foundation before practicing especially if by yourself. We always recommend if you have the chance to take lessons to do so as your learning curve will still be steep though it will be quicker and safer. Remember that lots of practice play a key role when learning this extreme water sport, especially if you are a beginner and new to the foil so do not be discouraged as everyone progresses at their own rate. I want to give a shout out to Dominican Republic as it is an amazing country to explore and the North Coast is the best spot for all of you willing to wind foil, surf, or kitesurf.
