Kemper Player with midi controller M-Vave. 8 rigs via the M-vave, max 4 FX on/off on the Player.

Given the many questions how I did this (FaceBook: Kemper Player Profiler Community), please read the description below. And please like 👍🏽 my video. Thx I configured my M-Vave differently. I can now use 8 different presets/rigs for a Gig with the M-Vave. For me that is more than enough. In addition, I can switch a maximum of 4 (or fewer) different effects per preset/rig on/off with buttons 1, 2 and 3 on the Player. For me, the 4th Effect is a Reverb and is always on. Could also be a delay, for example. By pressing buttons A, B, C and D once and a second time I can access up to 8 presets/rigs. E.g. Press button A once : Bank 1, preset 1. Press button A again : Bank 1, preset 2. Press button B once : Bank 1, preset 3. Press button B again : Bank 1, preset 4. etc up to and including Button D .I use the Dunlop m9ini Expression pedal for Vol/wah. M-Vave buttons: A = Bank 1, preset 1 / 2 B = Bank 1, preset 3 / 4 C = Bank 1, preset 5 Bank 2 preset 1. D = Bank 2, preset 2 / 3. Settings: I use the player to switch the various effects on/off with the buttons on the player. I use a bluetooth midi controller ( in my case the m-vave) to choose the rigs. Kemper player: go to system settings and set the effect buttons as: effect button 1, effect button 2 and effect button 3. Then choose an effect and assign it to fx1, hold the button fx1 down and click button 1 on the player, then save it. You can assign another effect, for the same rig, to fx2 for button 2 on the player and another effect, for the same rig, to fx2 (or fx1) for button 3 on the player. Don't forget to store the rig. So you can choose any effect per rig and assign it to the 3 buttons on/off on the player. In my case a 4th effect is always a reverb. So you always have 4 effects, of which you can turn 3 effects on/off. With the M-Vave bluetooth midi controller I have a maximum of 8 different rigs at my disposal. You have to do this with the Cube Suite app from M-Vave. When opening, choose the 'Advanced Custom Mode' option. For the 4 buttons A, B, C and D, choose the mode: 'Single step (switch between 2 banks)'. You will then see that for each button you have an A-Bank and a B-Bank. At A you enter, for example, 0 (=PC Program change) then save. And at B-bank you enter 1 (=PC Program change) then save. As soon as you leave Cube Suite you can go to Rig 1 on your M-Vave with Button A and if you press it again you go to Rig 2. If you press it again it goes back to Rig 1. If you repeat the above for the buttons B, C and D then you have 8 Rigs at your disposal. Make sure to choose the correct number for PC Program change every time. E.g. Button B: A-Bank PC 3 and B-Bank PC 2. Then you can use button B on the M-Vave to go to Rigs 3 and 4 etc. And please Like my video, thx!!
