I uploaded this build as a "residential" and as a "residential rental" too, but in addition to these, you can switch this to several lot styles: it can be generic, pool or spa, as you wish. Now it's a luxury home with 4 suites with terraces (two with private jacuzzis) and lots of common areas, such as: large kitchen, dining room, bar, TV corner, conversation areas, gym in the basement, indoor pools and jacuzzis. I use GShade, so the colors and lights maybe completely different for you, it depends on the season, weather, world, settings, and the use of ReShade/GShade presets.
