When I was a kid I remember lusting after 90's Ducati's, the 916, 748 and of course the 998. Never having the opportunity to ride a Ducati 748 or 916 has always been a regret of mine until Ollie from Bikeiconics offered me the opportunity to ride his personal Ducati 748R back to back with the new Panigale V2. The Panigale V2 is the latest instalment from Ducati and like the 748R is the middle weight superbike and so 25 years after it started i'll be making the comparison between the two eras.
