The intention of sharing this 27-minute video with you is based on my philosophy of the importance of teachers remaining students at heart. Continuing to learn and practice Pilates in my opinion, is paramount to authentically imparting this unique and special method. For this clip, which is included in my "Advanced Original Pilates mat DVD", (Special Features Section), my cameraman followed me as I had my weekly lesson with Trish Garland. I also prepared questions that I asked Trish and then the interview and lesson were edited together. No small feat since we only had one camera! This presentation is dedicated to Romana who we lost in August 2013. I think she would be proud of me and Trish for trying to follow in her footsteps.
