Head Graphene Touch Prestige Tour Racquet Review

http://bit.ly/2lFDjml Head adds a new model to their vaunted Prestige line! It's called the Graphene Touch Prestige Tour and it introduces a larger headsize to the current Prestige series. At 99 square inches, the Tour model is designed to be slightly more forgiving than its siblings - but make no mistake, even with its juicer headsize, this stick does not trade away an ounce of control. Indeed, with its fairly thin 21.5mm beam and surgical 18x19 string pattern, the Prestige Tour is aimed directly at the intermediate or advanced player who is looking to swing big without fear of over-hitting. At 11.4 ounces strung, this stick is a smidge lighter than the other Prestige models, but the mid-320s swingweight gives it decent stability and plow-through. Built with Graphene Touch, the Tour benefits from Kraibon, a material that has spread an undeniably muted feel across much of Head's racquet line. On groundstrokes, the Prestige Tour delivers easy targeting on full swings, and like the Prestige Pro, it offers easier access to depth than you'll find with the Prestige MP. Although not as spin-friendly as anything in Head's Extreme series, a seasoned topspin player should be able to generate the required stroke speed to get the ball dropping and hopping. At net the Prestige Tour offers a blend of maneuverability and stability, while also offering good touch on droppers. On serves this racquet has easy targeting on both slices and flat bombs, but the controlled response puts the burden of power squarely on the player's shoulders. Ultimately, the Prestige Tour represents a fine addition to one of the game's legendary franchises. By combining a slightly larger head size with high levels of precision, the Tour is a must demo for the player who wants a more user-friendly control racquet.
