Batch cooking and preserving food for future meals has been a huge time saver for us. Come along and I'll show you what this looks like for our family and simplify pressure canning to make it doable for anyone! *NOTE* I forgot to include that after the air vent pops up, wait 10 minutes to contintue to let the pressure build before adding the weight (pressure regulator) to the vent pipe on top.
