Sorry I can't resist Firefly E1 it's like Hu Tao's E1 lol. But my aim is E2 so I would be able to shut off my brain completely. Today I tried 0-cycling Memory of Chaos 12 in 2.3 Honkai Star Rail 00:00 First Node 02:27 Second Node Firefly Stats: -around 320% base BE (BE + 0.08 ATK after 1800) -142 speed (212 speed as SAM if you are using Ruan Mei) ------ In the first half I used S5 Dance Dance Dance on Harmony Trailblazer. This allow Firefly to move before Argenti receives his shield (probably works with 210 SPD Firefly as well) Gallagher played a crucial role in breaking the boss. I can't imagine how to powercreep this guy in Superbreak Teams. I believe you can do this without E6 Gallagher as well. ------ In the second half I used da Bronya with 141 speed. Advancing Sam forward actually needs some precise speed tuning, which I didn't bother trying. Otherwise you only get 4 actions and should just use Gallagher instead. Well the faster your Bronya is the better. Even though Bronya might not add more actions, she sometimes allow Firefly to move before enemies, allowing faster breaks and higher sustainability. Also Bronya is SP negative and should only be used if you have E1 Firefly or above. In conclusion Gallagher is probably unreplaceable for now. Bronya's skills also cannot increase Firefly's damage significantly. The amount of ATK converted to Break Effect is according to what is displayed on the character menu. If you need advance-forwards, just use Dance Dance Dance. You want to use it on Harmony TB, because losing 56% BE is nothing (15% of 56 is around 8% BE for Firefly). HTB ults very frequently and will make your whole team move earlier. ------ Again this attempt might encourage you to get E1 Firefly, though imo it is worth the investment. But it doesn't mean E1 is a must. E0 functions very well with Harmony TB, Ruan Mei and Gallagher. I have cleared all contents (Divergent Universe, Apocalyptic Shadow and MoC) at E0 before getting E1 and the only thing E1 gives is a more comfy autobattle experience xD. Priority should be E0 Ruan Mei, Ruan Mei's LC, E1 Ruan Mei, then E1 Firefly. Remember this game is called Support: Star Rail. Anyway don't think Firefly is lacking, don't make Acheron the standard--she is the Herrscher of HSR. Maybe your gears are lacking because peak Firefly is 30% BE substats on all gears.
