This extremely large and warp-capable miner is good for anyone who needs some credits fast. Hey-o Thunder-gang, what's going on? Welcome back to our next Galaxy Development ship review; next up on our list, Mammoth Remodel Ship Review - No It's Not a Rorqual! ▉▇▆▅▄▃▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▃▄▅▆▇▉▉ I have to say, out of the remodels I am excited to see come on out this year and into late 2020; the Mammoth remodel was the most ambiguous of the bunch, and like some of the hyped galaxy community, I thought this was honestly going to be a Rorqual Remodel (what was even more apparent was that the remodel was planned for a Freighter class ship). Large interior, even more blind-spots, extra thick ship galore this is the new Mammoth y'all, and I have to say it's a good 10/10. Moving onto combat statistics, the Mammoth can hold its own (from the front side only) if ambushed by aliens, but will most certainly explode if you are blind sided by those trickster SPIES! Again, large interior, even more blind-spots, extra thick ship galore this is the new Mammoth y'all. The Mammoth has 4500 Health, with 2000 Shield Power and 2500 Hull Integrity alongside an Average Maneuverability for a Miner Class ship (seriously, the ship is large) with a Top Speed of 70, an Acceleration of 13, and a Turn Speed of 0.3. The Miner is equipped with 4 Medium Mining Lasers which with the remodel have a possible range decrease, a Cargo Hold of 550 and a ORE HOLD of 5500 for some good economy. The Mammoth used to be one of the most unique ships in terms of design and luxury which costed an extra VIP Gamepass minimum to be built; while this restriction still applies in game, the remodel allows the miner to stand out for those with at least 5 extra dollars to spend on a permanent gamepass (which gives you access to 5 other VIP Required ships) and the comfort of a secured economy friendly ship.
