Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe : 3 Veg Frankies Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: For Frankie Roti: 2 cups Refined flour ½ tsp Salt 1/4th cup Curd Water as required Oil as required Method: Add flour, salt to taste and curd, mix well and add water and knead a soft and stretchy dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and rest it for at least 30 minutes. divide the dough in equal size dough balls. Roll it a little thicker than a regular chapati. Set a tawa on medium high heat, add little oil, cook the roti briefly on both the sides for roughly 20-30 seconds on each side. Cook half roti and stack them. Frankie Masala Ingredients: 2 tbsp chilli powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Black salt 1 tbsp Anardana powder 3 tbsp Aamchur powder 1 tbsp Cumin (jeera) powder 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tbsp Salt Aloo Corn Frankie Ingredients: 2 large boiled potatoes, mashed 1 cup corn Chopped ginger Chopped chilies Chopped coriander Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp kasuri methi Chinese Veg Frankie Ingredients: Finely chopped beans Carrot juliennes Shredded cabbage Beetroot juliennes Tomato Ketchup 3 tbsp Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Light Soy sauce 1 tsp Salt & White pepper powder to taste Aromat powder 1 tsp (optional) Corn flour 1 tsp Capsicum ½ cup juliennes Spring onion greens 2 tbsp (chopped) Tawa Paneer Frankie Ingredients: For frying paneer Paneer 200 gm Refined flour ½ cup Finely chopped onions Salt & black pepper to taste Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala ¼ cup chopped tomatoes Chopped coriander To make frankies Ingredients: Half cooked frankie rotis Butter as required Frankie masala Onions (Chopped) Cabbage Method: Set a tawa on high heat, add a blob of butter and cook the half cooked rotis on both the sides until golden brown spots appear. Sprinkle some frankie masala over the frankie roti and add the filling, cabbage, and more frankie masala, roll the roti and wrap in foil or butter paper.
