Secret Ingredient Roasted Potatoes Ingredients 2.5 lbs medium sized red skinned potatoes (about six 3" to 3 1/2" potatoes) 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp granulated onion powder Freshly ground black pepper to taste (I used a little over 1/4 tsp) Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 farenheit Scrub potatoes well and cut each potato into 8 wedges. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add potatoes and mix well. Pour onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan and lay potatoes out in an even layer. Roast for 50 minutes. Flip potato wedges, and move them around on the baking sheet if some are browning faster than others Return to oven to finish roasting another 15- 20 minutes #homegrownkosher #homecooking #potatoes #secretingredient
