Labor and Delivery Birth Vlog - We're so excited to welcome our baby girl, Jean Grey into the world She came early at 39 weeks on November 5, 2023 and we couldn't be more in love! I feel so grateful that we had a positive birth and labor experience again. The mindset I had going into labor for the second time was to continue having a positive mindset, good energy flow and ultimately being comfortable with the uncomfortable. I ended up having an unmedicated birth without an epidural and the whole entire process went by so fast from the moment I checked into the hospital to me giving birth. It was such an empowering experience and I can't thank you all enough for your positivity and support during this pregnancy!
