Why does everyone love Yamaha YZ250 2-Stokes?

The Yamaha YZ250 has been around a long time and its a favorite for many racers and just regular riders. 2005 YZ250 Rebuild — High lights—- Bike was bought as a rolling chassis but the motor was in pieces and we knew the cylinder was in need of serious repair so Millennium helped get the cylinder back to new. Once the cases were split we discovered that one was cracked internally and had to be replaced. We got TMR to modify the Cylinder and Head. Replaced the bearings and seals on the machine with Pivot Works kits. For the cables we went with All Balls and for the brakes they offer full rebuild kits and that combined with the Cerakote from Faster USA our brakes with the Tusk lines look full factory. We wanted updated suspension so we went with 2011 YZ450 forks found for a great deal on CL The frame was able to be buffed off and cleaned up. The swing arm was so beat up that it was easier to just have our local Metal Polishing company buff away the scratches. When the polish goes away we just Scotch Bright the aluminum.
