This is a longer level; so save at regular intervals. Also, this is where you can practice the corner bug for an achievement and even exploit it if you want. You've probably noticed Lara cannot reach the top of certain structures and there are pickups to grab. There's a secret in level 1 that I have watched others give up on out of frustration. Just position Lara to the corner of the object you want to climb and turn Lara about 45 degrees so that her inner foot (left foot on this level) dissappears inside the structure you want to climb. Now jump without grabbing. If you lined it up correctly, Lara will just sort of appear at the top of the structure. Voila! Way to exploit that bug.
