I count Lt. Cmdr. John G. Bradley (USN, ret.) as both a great American and as a good friend. In this special sneak preview from the Vet Detective and Phoenix Rising Films, which we filmed way back in 2010, here we talk to John about his experiences during the tail end of World War Two, training under instructors such as George H.W. Bush, and especially when the Avenger torpedo bomber he was piloting suddenly spots a German sub off the Rhode Island coast three days before the war ended – a report which sadly goes unheeded! This same sub sank the USS Eagle and the coal carrier Blackpoint. And the Vet Detective and Phoenix Rising Films brought it to you first back in 2010!!!
