Here's the party setup I use when farming Lv. 70+ Oceanids. First I have an Electro type which will be doing all the attacking since Oceanids are Hyrdo based creatures and are weak to that element and a healer to recover from damage then two Pyro types to get the +25% ATK elemental resonance bonus. I also use a Hydro RES boosting potion, a CRIT increasing meal and sprinting stamina buffing meal before the fight to make the run a little bit easier and quicker. As far as Artifacts I mainly use ones focused around attack power. The weapon I'm using is the Mappa Mare catalyst which is fairly easy to obtain you just need the required materials then any of the blacksmiths will forge one for you. https://store.playstation.com/#!/tid=...
