A meal cooked under an hour Ingredients: Potatoes Baby carrots Sweet corn (optional) Chicken Butter Salt Spices (preferred) Garlic flakes Method: Marinate your chicken with your preferred spices and store in the fridge for an hour. Boil your sweet corn. Peel your potatoes, cube and boil them. Fry the marinated chicken on a medium heat, while making a stew on the side. Add BBQ spice in the onions and green peppers when they are sautéed. For the carrots, melt some butter in a pan. Add parsley and garlic flakes, stir and add the carrots and fry for a minute. Serve.
