I am not really sure what happened here, but I plugged into a Level 2 public charging station and my car’s main touchscreen went black... I had to soft reset it. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. In this video, I discuss how this is a first time issue and how to do a soft reset. You hold the fast forward button and the home button for 10 seconds and the car will reset.
