Last week i went to Pearsons in Sheen, London, for a professional bike fit with Nas ([email protected]). We went through a whole bunch of tips for people to at least get a starting position that they can use to adjust their own bike. I also go through my own position and the changes that i make to my bike to get a better fit to hopefully help improve my performance. In the end we drop the saddle slightly, move it back quite a bit, from the bars 1/2 a spacer (and ive ordered 172.5 cranks for my new build rather than the 175 i have on my Cinelli).
