Scott Lotan has a unique story. He has Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA), which is a neurological effect that occurs in people with Multiple Sclerosis. PBA is characterized by sudden, uncontrollable expressions of laughter or crying. Scott’s laugh was one of the inspirations for Joaquin Phoenix in the 2019 “Joker” film. Scott has been a CBT Nuggets fan for over 20 years. He first discovered their DVDs on eBay and hasn’t looked back since. CBT Nuggets has been instrumental throughout his career, helping him earn many certifications. Scott and his colleagues continually use CBT Nuggets online training to help them excel in their careers. Recently, Scott lost his home to a fire.
