In this episode we speak with Meagan O’Connor, Sport Performance Dietitian. Meagan runs her own nutrition consultancy Plate to Platform, and is the Sport Dietitian with Team USA Weightlifting. We dive into her career journey, how she sought and grabbed opportunities as a student and built from there, what it is like working in professional sport, and how great it is to be part of a team working towards the same goal!
