This week we are in Ansastasia State Park in St. Augustine, Florida, for the first time in 4 years! Not only does this park have a stunning beach with boardwalks, an overlook and a handicap accessible path, it also has private and stunning sites, many big enough to fit RV’s. Sometimes, even in full-time RV living, we can get caught up in the familiar and forget to explore areas that feel like home to us. Jess’ grandmother and brother live in this area, so when here, we are usually visiting with family, getting some projects done, helping out around Jess’ grandmother’s house, and doing a bit of a reset for us and for the RV and truck. Since we don’t have a home base, this is the method that works best for our family. One of the projects we did during our reset was replace our broken tonneau cover that was covered under a lifetime warranty.
