American Truck Simulator is a fairly relaxing game. I wanted to increase the stakes of the game so my girlfriend hooked up a TENS unit to me to simulate labor pains while I drive across America. It's that simple: I drive and earn money in game and experience a lot of discomfort in real life and you get free entertainment!
