What exactly does writing practice means? Writing practice does not mean solving and writing all answers given in the question paper. Sometimes solving paper mentally can save your time and also make you skilled in writing exam. Writing practice consists of 3 methods. 1] thinking: -you shall use this method for all the questions as much as possible. -When you read the question : - think about what can be the exact answer of this question or provsions applicable. -think about any introduction which can be added to answer. - think about any caselaw which can be used in the answer. - think about any example which can be used in the answer. 2] write: -this method shall be used for few answers only. -write 1/2 answers daily in order to get a grip over how to present the answer which you have formed in your mind. -how to present the Answer: ■ direct question: -intro: this includes definitions -main part: this includes the main Answer ■ caselaw question: -facts : write facts of case u are referring to. -provision : provision used to pass judgement in the case u are referring & how the case you are referring relates to the question case. -conclusion: conclusion you have drawn from question case. ■ Sums: - given : what is given - to find : what is asked - solution : asnwer - concluding line 3] solve paper
