She is a playable character, but cannot be selected in Story mode. ===== About Saturn Sailor Moon Super S: VE ===== Like the PS1 version, the Saturn game is also based on the SNES version of Sailor Moon Super S. It uses the same 3D models operating in a 2D manner. However there are quite a lot of differences when compared to the PS1 version, and these include completely different backgrounds; a new design and music of the character select screen and Ability Customize System; new lifebar design; a new Block button; extra special moves for some characters and more. The Saturn version of the game was released 8 months later after the PS1 version, so it probably makes it the 'better' version... although personally I found the PS1 game's voices, backgrounds and projectile effects better. Unfortunately the gameplay is awkward, clunky and somewhat unresponsive, making fast reaction and precise moves very difficult.
