How you should hold your mouse is something I see discussed a lot online, with countless people claiming to have found the objective answer to the question by looking at the changes in aim each grip causes. So, how can mouse grip not matter if the one you use does have an objective impact on how you aim? I hope this vid is helpful to anyone who's struggled with overthinking mouse grip, copying pro player's grips is something I did for ages to try and find what was the best for aim. It's not strictly harmful to try stuff out but trying to force my hand into positions that weren't comfortable was super bad for my wrist health in the long run and I was much better off both mechanically and health wise just letting my hand rest how it wants to naturally. I hope this vid saves someone from going through the hand injury I went through.
