東日本大震災から来月で10年になります。発災15日後の2011年3月26日に、津波被害の現地調査で釜石市から宮古市にかけて訪れた際の映像と現在の映像を比較しながらご覧いただきたいと思います。発災後の燃料不足の為、なかなか現地に赴くことが出来ませんでしたが、なんとか燃料を満タンにして出発したことが思い出されます。現地からの報告で瓦礫を踏んでパンクする車が後を絶たないことを聞かされておりましたが、自衛隊の皆さんなど懸命な復旧作業によって道路状況は想像よりも良かった記憶があります。とはいえ所々アスファルトが剥がれていたり橋が崩落したり等、走行には細心の注意を払わなければなりませんでした。 現在インフラの復興はだいぶ進み、10年前の津波被害の面影はどこにもありませんが、あらためていつかまた来る津波に対しての対策の重要さを認識させられました。 第一回目は釜石市駅前～国道45号線の釜石バイパス釜石高架橋までの映像と、北部の鵜住居町の映像となります。津波被害直後の映像となりますので閲覧にはご注意をお願いいたします。 Next month marks the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
