EPIC MOTOR WEEK 4 of 5! A consecutive five-day extravaganza of nothing but some of the best hydraulic motors! Note, these are also particularly busy elevators, so these takes are a lot easier and keep it true to the motors. This is the OLDEST passenger hydraulic elevator that remains in its original form in the mall. This is the SECOND OLDEST hydraulic elevator that remains in its original form in the mall, the eldest being the "auxiliary" OTIS hydraulic freight at Macy*s which presumably remains original. This also has the distinction of being a relic of A&S, a Long Island (Brooklyn origins) staple. This is now the Bloomingdale's store. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that this has Westinghouse blood. This is as much Westinghouse as was Dover's from 1999-2001 and Montgomery's from 1994 well into the MontgomeryKONE era. Definitely a product of the transition period where traditional parts are being used in the new owner's parts. Installed in 1990. Located in the Bloomingdale's store.
