Bluebell Railway steam Spring and Summer 2016

Steam on the Bluebell Railway is always varied, here we have: - Q Class 30541 0-6-0 heading north from Horsted Keynes with the Birdcage brake and southern coaching stock. - P class 0-6-0T No. 323 and E4 0-6-2T passing Horsted Place. - E4 No. 473 coasting down to Horsted Keynes - E4 473 passes Kingscote, exchanging single line tokens in the up direction, and again heading south with the non stop Golden Arrow Pullman - Q class 0-6-0 arriving and departing for East Grinstead and then Horsted Keynes. Note the beautifully restored rolling stock, including the colourful LSWR brake. Then coasting down to Horsted Keynes - At Sheffield Park H class 0-4-4T arrives. Standard class 5 73082 runs up to the water crane and then departs noisily, with cylinder cocks open, with its train for East Grinstead - C class 0-6-0 592 leaves sheffield Park with an ECS train (Empty Coaching Stock) for Horsted Keynes, Pullman car Fingall and the Queen Mary brake van - H Class on a goods train works hard and stops on Freshfield Bank - reason unknown and scurries off to Horsted Keynes. - H class No. 263 is ready to depart from Sheffield Park as Q 30541 arrives with the Golden Arrow Pullman. H departs with a slight slip with its train of immaculately restored Maunsell and older vintage carriages - 30541 shunts the Pullmans into the carriage shed and heads for the engine shed - At Horsted Keynes C class shunts stock then departs South with the LNER Directors Saloon. The United Diaries Milk Tank and the LBSCR Milk van can be seen in Platform 1. - S15 4-6-0 No. 847 accelerates northbound at the classic location of Horsted Place crossing with Bulleid and Maunsell coaches in tow - H class drifts through the 5 mph TSR (Temporary Speed Restriction) at the Leamland Bridge and is seen rattling past Tremains, departing north impatiently from Horsted Keynes having had to wait for a delayed southbound service, again, at Holden summit, bearing a wreath in memory of Simon Brown and arriving, running round and leaving East Grinstead. - Finally the Wickham trolley with a posse of Bluebell volunteers - without whom working so hard over the years this video wouldn't have been possible!
