Fruit Juice Gummies: 1 quart fruit juice 5 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatin Pour juice into a medium sized pot. Sprinkle gelatin over top and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Bring to a low boil, whisking until gelatin is fully dissolved. Pour into a glass dish or molds and allow to fully set in the fridge at least 6 hours. Apple Loaf: 2 diced apples 2 cups oat flour 2 tsp baking powder 1.2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2/3 cup cane sugar (panela is my preference) 1/2 cup milk 1/2 c apple sauce 1/4 c melted butter 1 egg 1 tbsp vanilla extract Lentil Soup: https://www.recipetineats.com/lentil-... *I loosely follow this recipe Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan.
