In this episode, the Skye Lifer's venture out of the glen with both pesky pups to attempt some errands in the island's capital - the colourful harbour town of Portree. While there, we make the most of a welcome break in the stormy winter weather to explore the enigmatic Apothecary's Tower. Plus, join us as we celebrate Pancake Day in true Scottish style and Willie becomes slightly unhinged as he ticks another job off the ever-lengthening list of things to do to Yolanda, the Landrover Defender.! Sarah, Willie, Jack & Nori x Pancake Recipe: 225g Self Raising Flour 25g Caster Sugar 40g butter (melted) 1 egg 250 ml milk Sieve the dry ingredients, slowly mix in the milk, butter & egg. Whisk until smooth & rest for at least 10 minutes before cooking on a hot griddle or skillet, with oil or butter. Flip when bubbles start to appear & pancakes are golden brown.
