This series covers the construction of my settlement at Nordhagen Beach. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects with some additional assets being spawned using Console Commands. In the tenth and final part of the series part of the series I create an additional dock area with a small fishing shack.
