In both cases you have to reinstall the leash plug. There are different types of leash plugs and their installation technique may change. Today I'm gonna take you through a step by step to recover and reinstall a FCS leash plug, so that your board can quickly get back in the water , still ensuring a solid connection to your leash . I will show you how to remove the leash plug without damaging your surfboard, how to recover and restore the plug and how to prepare the cavity for the installation. After that we will move to the glassing technique and sanding, to get a perfect 10 pro job done.
