How To Bench Press With Proper Form

Learn how to bench press properly. For years bench press would really hurt my shoulders. I actually didn't even bench for several years for a couple reasons. 1. It hurt my shoulders. 2. I wanted to improve my Split Jerk and bench press essentially gets your chest higher and can limit mobility (especially with how tight my shoulders already were) Like many I started to bench press with dumbbells but that still hurt. So I just did push ups for years and I can't tell you exactly what changed because I knew the mechanics and the form needed to bench press with proper form but now I can Bench pain free. I have to give it credit to continued mobility and stretching over the years and strengthening my back muscles eventually lead to moving pain free when I bench now. Wohoo!
