Today we're taking a deep dive into the coil switching controls for the Sire M5 and M7 pickups. With a 3-way selector switch for each pickup giving you access to series, parallel, and single coil modes, you have a total of 15 different pickup combinations to choose from.... but how do they sound? Let's find out! This bass was received at an artist discount through Sire directly. The majority of my other videos are instruments I purchase through vendors (music stores) where I negotiate a discount unrelated to my channel (I just ask 'what's your best price on this?') or receive the instrument on loan from friends and occasionally small builders (Valenti/Serek).
