I'm LOVING Toontrack's EZbass plugin and for good reason. I'd go as far as to say that the pre-production and songwriting phase is the MOST important phase of the entire production process. In other words, how well you map out your pre-production demos will directly affect the sound of your final mixes. This is something that's not too obvious to most beginners, but it's 100% true. The pre-production phase is where you build a rock-solid foundation for your music. It's where you: - Experiment with different arrangement ideas - Nail down the interplay between your guitar, bass, drum and vocal parts - Finalize the meat and potatoes of your song before spending time (and/or money) recording your music for real It's where you're free to experiment and finalize your music in a loose, relaxed and stress-free environment. There's a reason why pro producers spend so much time with a band demoing songs BEFORE recording a single note for real. With that being said, being slowed down or held back during the songwriting and demoing phase can be a major buzzkill. As a guitar player and a producer that's usually working with other guitar players during the demoing phase.. Few things are more annoying than having to constantly switch between playing guitar and bass when coming up with killer ideas. Also, it's not always convenient or possible to have a guitar AND bass on hand at all times. With that being said, I've recently been implanting a tool that has completely changed the way I've been putting demos together. It's also been a massive time-saver and time is one resource we can never get back. In this video, I show you how I'm creating bass lines out of thin air with my new favorite production tool: EZbass. ►► Frightbox MERCH: https://frightbox-recording.creator-s... ► Website - https://frightboxrecordingacademy.com/ ► Facebook - / frightboxrecording ► Instagram - / frightboxrecording All music in video mixed and mastered @ http://www.frightboxrecording.com
